Rod Boyer
President

Mr. Boyer has over 20 years of senior management and leadership experience with fast-growth, technology focused companies. Prior to TSYS Loyalty, he joined Tempe, Arizona based TSYS Acquiring Solutions in 2000, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all aspects of the firm's day-to-day operations. During his tenure at TSYS Acquiring, Mr. Boyer also served in other key leadership roles including senior vice president of Product & Marketing and senior vice president of Client Relations, and was responsible for TSYS Point of Sales Systems and Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TSYS Acquiring Solutions, located in Sacramento, CA.

Prior to TSYS, Mr. Boyer was executive vice president of Client Relations for TrustWave, a leading provider of information security and compliance management solutions to Fortune 2000 businesses. He also served as executive vice president of Sales & Marketing for a national systems integration firm serving enterprise clients with best-of-breed technology solutions. Mr. Boyer was also a managing partner of a software development and consulting firm that focused on design, development and deployment of Internet-based applications to the travel industry. He began his career working for an electronics component and equipment manufacturer where he quickly rose to executive vice president/general manager and was instrumental in leading the organization through a decade of double-digit growth and ranked number 57 among Inc. Magazine's 500 Fastest Growing Companies.

Paul Daffin
Executive Vice President
Chief Information Officer

Mr. Daffin brings over 15 years of Information Technology experience across multiple platforms and disciplines to the TSYS Loyalty leadership team. He utilizes his strong enterprise systems background and strategic business development expertise to lead the technical innovation and management efforts at TSYS Loyalty. Mr. Daffin works closely with clients to deliver the best loyalty functionality with unwavering quality.

Prior to joining TSYS Loyalty in 2007, Mr. Daffin served as the Interim Group Executive and Senior Director for TSYS iSolutions where he led product strategy for their consumer, large commercial and small business markets. This included establishing their product management discipline, core team and methodology in order to drive product strategy across key global, national and regional banks as well as retailers. Mr. Daffin also organized their global expansion through strategic business development, technology and infrastructure deployments and product methodology resulting in phenomenal growth year after year. Mr. Daffin was also a principal at Technology Solutions Company, a leading enterprise solutions integration consulting firm. He also served four years in the United States Air Force. Mr. Daffin holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Barry Burt
Senior Vice President

Mr. Burt has extensive experience in the fields of general business law, intellectual property and contract preparation. Prior to joining TSYS Loyalty, Mr. Burt was in private practice, which followed his four years as executive vice president and general counsel of Caredata.com, Inc. Over the preceding 15 years, Mr. Burt served as senior corporate counsel to First Financial Management Corporation and corporate counsel with Johnstown American Companies. He began his career with the Atlanta law firm of Powell Goldstein LLP.

Mr. Burt is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association, as well as their respective Corporate Counsel sections. He holds both Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Georgia. Mr. Burt is also a Phi Beta Kappa and Beta Gamma Sigma graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
